The majority of Paraiba tourmalines have been heated to enhance their color, but this one has not undergone any treatments or enhancements! The completely natural color is a gorgeous and even steely blue, reminiscent of a very clear lake.

The tourmaline is also eye clean, a rare feature in tourmaline! Paraiba tourmalines derive their color from copper and are very rare, the most sought after variety of tourmaline. The tourmaline measures a very substantial 12.59 x 11.15mm and truly has a magnificent presence. With heat, this stone will likely become an electric blue, yet we prefer to offer it in its natural state as this color is much more rare and beautiful!

A truly special and rare stone, this stunning Paraiba tourmaline would make a gorgeous center for a ring or pendant! The stone is very well cut and has no window-ing.
