The 2.41ct center diamond is certified by EGL-USA, and the ring is appraised by UGS with a substantial retail replacement value of $60,900! Beautifully white, the diamond received a grade of G-H for color. We feel that the appraisal is a bit generous on the color grade, and we feel it looks more like an i color. It does face up white. Graded VS2 for clarity, the diamond is exceptionally clean. Even under 10x magnification it’s difficult to find any inclusions. As an old European cut, the diamond has an air of old world charm, and its wide, old style facets display bold sparkle as well as vivid fire. Overall, it is a magnificent diamond, full of life and fire.
