The 3.01ct diamond is certified by GIA, the world’s premier gemological authority. Under GIA’s rigorous standards, the diamond received a perfect color grade of D. This is the highest possible color grade; diamonds do not come any brighter white! Completely colorless and perfectly white, the diamond has a crisp look and does not have any brown, green or milky shades. Graded SI2 for clarity, the diamond is 100% eye clean. This is an excellent SI2 with scattered white twinning wisps. They blend perfectly into the faceting and are completely invisible to the naked eye. The stone has strong blue fluorescence which means it will glow blue under a black light, though this has no effect on the appearance of the stone under normal lighting. There is no haziness, no milkiness and no cloudiness whatsoever. It is a very beautiful diamond and even a trained eye could not detect any fluorescence in normal lighting conditions.
